Volunteer
There are so many ways to get involved with FoACAS and to support the well-being of our animals. You can be in-person and hands-on, helping with the daily care of our shelter residents. Including walking or running our dogs, prepping treats and enrichment activities, playing in play yards, cleaning kennels, transporting animals to appointments or rescue placement, socializing our cats, and more! We can always use more information and content on all of our animals, so snap some photos and share them with our team. We have no minimum volunteer hour requirement, so any time you can give, we will welcome you!
Can’t help in person? There are plenty of opportunities to help, regardless of time limitations or your location! Just a few options include supporting our social media networking by making or sharing posts of our animals, helping with fundraisers, or sending our animals to people you know!

A priority of FoACAS is welcoming our community into the shelter and, in turn, bringing our adoptable animals out into our community. We invite people of all ages to attend our events, and often seek volunteer handlers leading up to events!
